Aultman 7 Strategic Suitability Model As part of the Master Plan design process, the creation of a strategic suitability model was necessary to guide the plan. The weighted-sum suitability model factored in natural and built constraints, transportation cooridors, exisitng and proposed utilities, and topogragphy. The resulting suitability model output informed the design synthesis of the master plan by assesing stakeholder needs for associated land use and site requirements.
